Troubleshooting

Common situations

  • I can’t see any decks: make sure you’re logged in and the deck has at least 1 note.
  • Generation is stuck: open Generation Status; if queued/running, wait or cancel and try again.
  • Images don’t load: signed URLs can take a moment; try collapsing/expanding again.
  • Sharing doesn’t work: create a new share link and verify the deck is published.
  • Login required: some routes redirect to signup/login if there’s no session.

If you’re stuck: use Feedback and include what you did, which page you were on, and a screenshot.
